Who we are
Richard Hendra is an experienced researcher and data scientist with a deep commitment to using rigorous methods to generate real-world impact. He has over 25 years of experience designing and leading large-scale evaluations, developing machine learning tools for policy and social programs, and building data infrastructure to support evidence-based decision-making.

He is also a national expert on the development of multi-agency data collaboratives, helping organizations leverage administrative data to improve programs and outcomes.
Whether advising on a project, building custom analytic tools, or developing training materials, Richard brings deep technical expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for translating complex research into actionable insights.
